Backyardkiosk.com ships by FedEx within the 48 contiguous states. FedEx delivers Monday - Friday and will leave the package at your door without a signature in most cases. There are some cases in which the FedEx driver may feel it is unsafe to leave the package unattended and will require a signature. Where the items exceed FedEx limitations, we will ship using a truck line carrier. Truck shipped deliveries are curbside delivery service only and a signature is required. The trucking company will schedule an appointment for delivery. In The Swim will provide a lift gate to bring the product down from the truck to the curb. Please inspect your packages upon receipt for concealed damage. By signing the bill of lading you are certifying that all items are in good condition. After signing, there is no recourse for damages, even concealed damage. The person accepting delivery will need to be at least 18 years of age.
How do I make a return?
Satisfaction guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied, you may make a return for a full refund or replacement within 10 days for items that are in new, unused/unopened condition, excluding any discount and handling charges. Returns received 10 days after the date of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom,Electrical and Special Order items are not returnable. Exchanges can be made directly with the manufacturer.
